What is the Placement Interview and is it required?

Yes — every student must complete a free Placement Interview with our founders before joining. This is not a barrier; it's a commitment to your child's success. We want to ensure Trailblazers™ is the right fit and that your child starts at the right level.
What ages and grades is Trailblazers™ for?
+
Trailblazers™ is designed for students aged 12–15, typically in grades 6–9. This is the ideal window to build a strong SAT Math foundation before the pressure of high school testing begins.
Are sessions live or pre-recorded?
+
Both. Students learn through self-paced recorded lessons and attend weekly live revision sessions led directly by the founders. This combination lets students learn at their own pace while still getting the benefit of live, founder-led guidance.
How often do sessions take place?

Recorded lessons are available on demand — students work through them at their own pace. Live revision sessions with the founder take place approximately once a week throughout the ~14 week program.
Does my child need prior SAT preparation?

No. Trailblazers™ is designed to build from the ground up. Voyager™ starts by establishing the mathematical reasoning and mindset needed — prior SAT prep is not required or expected.
How does Summit™ eligibility work?

After completing Voyager™, students who pass the founder's merit-based evaluation — including graded drills, minimum performance requirements, and a final test — are eligible for Summit™. Students who don't pass on the first cycle may retake Voyager™ at no extra charge before re-attempting.
How involved will I be as a parent?

As involved as you want. Parents receive periodic performance reports and are warmly invited to reach out any time via email. You can also request a one-on-one meeting with our founders at any point. We believe education is a partnership.
